Rex Karl Ransom

 Karl Ransom, 56 Passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday October 19, 2016 in Pasco, WA. He was born on November 13, 1959 in Moses Lake, WA. to Garland and Nedra Ransom who relocated their family to Pasco in 1967.  He married Deanna Dabling in 1982 and together they raised their 4 children in the home that they built in Pasco WA. Karl worked as a Steamfitter with Local 598 for 37 years before retiring in May of 2016. He is survived by his Wife Deanna Ransom, daughter Paulena and (Earnado) Frederick, Oahu, Hawaii, Son Matthew and (Cassie) Ransom Kennewick WA., daughter Amanda Ransom, Seattle, WA.,  parent’s Garland (Sonny) and Nedra Ransom, Pasco, WA. sister Jeanne and (Tom) Diaz, Portland  OR., brother Richard and (Kathy) Ransom, Pasco, WA., brother Vernon Ransom, Yakima, WA., sister Karen and (Johnny) Conn, Pasco WA. Karl is also survived by six wonderful grandchildren, Jabari, Jonah, Deven, Leilani, Natalee, Ezra, whom he cherished unconditionally. Karl is preceded in death by daughter Christy Bay Ransom.

Service will be held at the Kennewick Valley Grange; 2611 South Washington Street in Kennewick on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 2:00pm.
