MariLou Parong
Marilou Parong, 68, of Richland, WA passed away on December 16, 2017. She was born January 10, 1949 in the Philippines to Leovigildo and Evangelina.
Marilou attended the University of Santo Tomas and received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, while there; she met her husband, Samuel. She worked as a chemist in food research.
She worked at Lourdes Medical Center for 23 years and received the Mission Award in 2009 in recognition of her commitment to their mission and living out the values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.
Marilou is survived by her husband, Samuel (Sonny) Parong and her daughter, Jocelyn (Jo-Ann) Parong.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Evangelina Natera; father, Leovigildo Natera; brother, Nonoy Natera; sister, Ina Natera and brother, Nardo Natera.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held today, Tuesday,
December 19, 2017 at 11:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church.

Vern lives in Monroe and Laurie lives out of Spokane in Nine Mile Falls.
