Thomas Feduk
Thomas Feduk passed away at his home in West Richland, WA on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 4, 1951. He graduated from North Babylon High School, Long Island, NY. in 1969. Tom was a Tri-Cities resident for 20 years and worked at Tri-Cities Water Store in Kennewick for the past 18 years.
Tom was a born salesman, low key and always had the interest of the customer first. He pursued his passion in sales at the age of 18. His sales experience ranged from selling food and freezer plan services, vacuums and Kinetico water softeners. He loved to travel and take road trips with his family. He enjoyed spending time with them, especially his wife. Before moving to Tri-Cities, Tom lived with his family in North Babylon, NY, Hawaii, and Eugene, OR. Hawaii was his favorite home and lived there for 6 years.
Tom was friendly and enjoyed talking to people. He went out of his way to talk to strangers, especially store employees and genuinely ask how their day was going. Everyone at the stores knew Tom. They always smiled and waved when they saw him. Tom’s customers also appreciated his genuine personality and made sure to stop and say hello when they ran into him. It was obvious Tom had made an impact in our community. He will be greatly missed.
Tom is survived by his wife Connie Feduk; his son Thomas Feduk, Jr.; his daughter and son-in-law, Crystina and Quan Nguyen; and numerous cousins in the East coast.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Catherine and Fred Feduk; and his brother Dennis Feduk.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at Bethel Church 600 Shockley Rd, Richland at 2:00 on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
