David Grossarth
David “Dave” Max Grossarth was born on February 8, 1955 to Karl and Alice Grossarth in LaCrosse, Kansas. He passed away on January 5, 2018 surrounded by his family. Dave’s family moved to Friday Harbor, WA in 1967, where he grew up and met the love of his life Rita Morrill, in 1976. They were married in 1978 and moved to Richland WA in 1982, where they were blessed to raise three children; Aaron, Sarah and John.
Dave worked at Kadlec Regional Medical Center for 33 years as a Respiratory Therapist, where he touched many lives and made lifelong friends. Dave had a love for the Seattle Mariners and everything baseball. You could find him on any given day enjoying a game in his favorite chair with his dog Izzy. Dave was also an avid bowler over the years and was in various bowling leagues throughout the Tri-Cities. Dave will be remembered as a loving husband, father, papa, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his wife Rita Grossarth, his children Aaron (Allie) Grossarth, Sarah (Chris) Stewart, and John (Amber) Grossarth; his nine grandchildren Nakita, Peyton, Paige, Zander, Hannah, Zoey, Quentin, Sawyer and Jovee; his sisters Ann (Ivo) Bertonelli, Donna (Fred) Woodcock and Karla (Dave) Lawson, and numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents Karl and Alice, his brother Doug and his nephew Matthew McCutcheon.
The family will have an open memorial potluck on Saturday
Jan 13th from 2-6 at the WA Army National Guard (Pasco Armory) 127 W. Clark Street in Pasco, WA.

This is my papa i am Zoey Elizabeth Grossarth and I can confirm that It is all true and he died in 2018 and i miss him very much!
I am siblings to Hannah (my twin) and Quentin. Rita is my grandMa and we call her nana.
