Joan: We were so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. While we know that he is now free from pain it is still hard to see a loved one go.
We cherish the friendships that we made during our service in Armenia and are grateful that we made so many eternal friends there. The times we spent with you and Larry will always remain special to us. We love you very much.
We had hoped to be able to come up to Washington to express our sympathy and condolences in person, but I’m tied up with doctors appointments so we won’t be able to make it.
Please know that we are thinking of you and you and your family are in our prayers and you will always remain a cherished part of our lives.
Love
Dick and Edith
To joan and family may God bless all of you at this time my love and prayers go out to you a wondeful man and you have a wonderful family to love and cherish my love Jane
I was sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. I was honored to work with Larry at N Reactor and later with the Steam Accident Recovery Project. During his entire career, Larry was such an integral part of every effort he worked on. His leadership and example served as an important guiding force for everyone that worked with him. He was always ready to share strength and support. He was an important part of my growing up years at work and I know this is true for so many others as well. Thoughts and prayers to the family. Please know he was important to so many through his well-lived life.
My sincere condolences to the Eyre Family and friends; I had the pleasure of working with Larry in the 90’s and enjoyed it immensely. Larry was a very positive influence on all of us and memories of him will last a lifetime. RIP Larry
