Lee Lambel

Lee Martin Lambel passed into the arms of Jesus on February 23rd 2018.

Martin was born in Fresno California on October 5th, 1960. He was an artist who found joy in creating beauty with any medium he came across. He has many stunning ceramic pieces, one of which is proudly displayed in a Las Vegas Hotel.

Martin was an avid antiquer, specializing in toys, and he could be seen every week at yard sales and thrift stores finding treasures. Last year Martin retired from his position as receiving clerk at Albertsons and happily spent his extra free time seeking out more lovely antiques, and sharing his knowledge with others. He traveled to the East Coast and finally met the men of The Motor City Toy Mafia, of which he’d been a member for years.

Martin had a big heart and a gentle spirit, and he loved nothing more in life than his family and his home. He grew up in California and moved to Richland Wa in the early 1990’s where he met the love of his life, Ann. Martin and Ann were married May 14th, 1994 and began a great life journey together.

Martin has joined loved ones who passed on before him: father Jim Lambel, and mother and father-in-law Shirley and Lester Aldrich II. Martin will be missed by many as he moves on from this world, leaving behind his beloved wife Ann; children: Bryn (Ian) Kristi , Kyle (Kim) Aldrich-Lambel, and Mary Lambel (Shawn); mother Lea; brothers: Allen, Kip, and Joel; granddaughters Lillyana and Payton; and many other friends and family whose lives he touched.

Martin will be fondly remembered for his infectious laugh and the crinkle in his blue eyes when he smiled - which was always.
