Myrtle Lee Gentle passed away after a brief illness at Kadlec Hospital on March 12, 2018. Myrtle was born in Ellensburg WA on 5/13/1938 to Ems and LaVita Wright. Myrtle spent her youth in Yakima before moving to Bickleton, WA. Myrtle graduated from Bickleton High School. She met her husband Calvin while living in Bickleton. Myrtle and Calvin remained in Bickleton until moving to Richland in 1957. Myrtle was extremely proud of her husband’s teaching career and enjoyed hearing about all his students’ antics. Myrtle had many passions in her life; her children, her sewing and bowling.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Calvin. She is survived by her children: Walter (Twyla), Donald (Kathy), Myrna (Jim) Adams; her grandchildren Renee, Lindsey and Matthew; Brian, Sarah, Joe and Kristen; Ben, Josh, and McKenzie; three great grandchildren and her sister, Elsie Marshall and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Einan’s at Sunset Chapel in Richland, on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 3:00pm.
