Later Sharon met the love of her life, Murlin Gillis, and they were married in 1971.  Sharon has four grandchildren: Chad Nixon (Jessica), McKensie Cleveanger, Rilie Berg, and Kelsie Berg.

  • Sharon was an important part of my life. We met when I was employed at Battelle in Richland; she helped make ‘work’ a fun time, and taught me a lot about being a secretary. We have kept in touch after all these years. She will be greatly missed by many, including me. She was always devote to her family; they can look back and smile at their fantastic times together. God bless each of you all.
