Dolores Tesinsky Milliorn passed on May 19, 2025. She was born July 15, 1936 to Andy and Helmi Korin Tesinsky in Great Falls, MT. She missed being born on her mother’s birthday by one day. She spent her young life on the ranch at the base of Tiger Butte and the ranch SW of Belt. She was joined by her sister Shirley 6 years later. Both Dolores and Shirley rode their horse, Tootse to new Century country school. Summers were spent having cousins come to stay at the ranch and was always the highlight of the year.
Dolores went to Centerville High School and boarded with her Uncle Abby and Aunt Babe Korin. After graduating from high school, she attended Great Falls Commercial College and graduated in 15 months. Shen then moved to Richland, WA in 1956 and started work with General Electric as a secretary. She married Jack Milliorn in 1963, and they both worked for numerous companies in Richland until they both retired in 1992.
Dolores enjoyed bowling, water skiing, golf, going into the mountains with the motor home and being a very special Auntie to Clint and Lindsay Menghini. She always had at least one cat for a pet and usually more than one that needed a home. Her cats were always given the best of care while several strays found their way to her home. Every year she and Jack had a huge garden that always produced enough produce to share with friends and family. Their yard had many fruit and walnut trees, and all this was shared with the Montana family.
She as preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack and special friends Roy and Jean LeMaster. Survivors include her sister Shirly (Duane) Menghini, niece Lindsay Menghini, nephew Clint (Cheryl) Menghini, great nephew and niece Jackson and Olivia Menghini.
Dolores will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 915 Bypass Hwy, Richland, WA, on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 at 1:00pm.
Dolores,You will be missed. I first met you at Westinghouse Hanford when I came in for a Job interview Jan. 1974. Westinghouse was low on my list because My Dad worked for them and I knew most of the Crafts managers at all levels because of both my Dad ,and went to school with a lot of their kids. I was just out of the US Navy and returned home. It was a tuff time for Vets. You was kind and showed compassion. That was the start to over 50 years of friendship with you and Jack. May God Bless and be with You both as you are together again.
You will be missed “Rocky”. You had a smile on your face whenever I saw you. Rest in peace!
May you rest in peace Delores, now with no pain. I only met you a few times through the years and you were always kind and welcoming to me. You and Jack are side-by-side once again. God bless you and yours. Vicki Fleming
