Kolesnikova Irina Andreevna was born on February 2, 1954, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Andijan Region.

Her parents were Andrey Bondarenko and Yelizaveta; she had a brother, Yevgeny, and a younger sister, Elena. Irina spent her childhood and youth in sunny Kyrgyzstan, in the city of Kochkor-Ata. Later, she returned to Uzbekistan, where she completed vocational school and technical college.

In 1974, she married Yevgeny Kolesnikov, and in 1978, she came to faith and entered into a covenant with the Lord, becoming a member of the local church in the city of Fergana.

In the years that followed, the Kolesnikov family was blessed with 11 children—5 boys and 6 girls. Despite the challenges of raising a large family and participating in church ministry, Irina’s chosen Christian path was the true meaning of her life. Her loving and wise heart, selflessness, and unity in serving the Lord were quiet and sincere—not for show, but deep and real. She taught her children to honor church leaders, to love the Church, and to work out their salvation with fear and trembling. The children loved and respected her dearly, always striving to support her in everything.

In 1991, the whole family moved to the United States, where they continued serving the Lord in the state of Washington.

Raising her children in Christian faith, praying constantly for her family and church, and helping her husband in ministry was the purpose of her life. She endured and shared in all the trials and hardships of being the wife of a church leader. She served as a deaconess in the local church. Her reliability was shown not through promises but through her daily faithfulness to God, people, and His work. Her words about God and principles of life were like revelations—penetrating, enduring, and coming alive in the heart. The Lord gave her the gift of bringing people together—with her presence, attention, and sincere faith! She had the ability to rejoice even when others saw nothing special. When she smiled, it felt as though heaven descended and filled everything around with warmth.

She often fondly recalled her time in Uzbekistan, her childhood friends, how the children grew up, how they received guests, and the warmth of fellowship around the table with her husband’s siblings. One of her favorite sayings was: “Better a dish of vegetables with love than a fattened ox with strife.” Her favorite flowers were gladioli. She not only knew how to grow flowers, but also passed on her love of gardening to her children—and later, to her grandchildren—teaching them to cultivate vegetables, berries, and fruits.

Over time, the Lord began to establish her children’s lives, blessing them with beautiful families. The Lord did not put her to shame but greatly blessed her with sons-in-law and daughters-in-law whom she deeply loved, and who loved and respected her in return. As grandchildren were born, they became a big part of her life. She found time for everyone. The family home was always open to children and grandchildren. The grandchildren dearly loved their grandparents, feeling the mutual affection expressed in daily care, attention, and unconditional love.

Grandmother Irina taught them to crochet, cook meals, read in Russian, memorize Bible verses, and behave reverently in church—keeping things clean and orderly from a young age. She had a tradition and a special gift for each grandchild—handmade crocheted blankets and scarves in pink and blue—each one created with special love. These now remain as treasured reminders of her loving hands and heart, which will live with us forever.

In 2024, surrounded by her children, grandchildren, relatives, and friends, Irina and Yevgeny celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Her life was a quiet yet powerful testimony of how labor and love can transform everything around, how caring for others and striving to please the Lord reveals the true purpose of human life on Earth: to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ!

Her favorite Scripture was:

“Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”

On July 2, 2025, at the age of 71, Irina Kolesnikova entered Eternity with the Lord, just as she had desired—surrounded by her family: her husband Yevgeny, 10 children, 3 daughters-in-law, 6 sons-in-law, and 54 grandchildren. She left behind a legacy—a true example to follow, a Hero of the Faith.

Родители, отец Бондаренко Андрей и мама Елизавета, брат Евгений и младшая сестра Елена. Детство и юность прошли в солнечной Киргизии, в городе Кочкор-Ата.             Позже Ирина вернулась в Узбекистан, где окончила училище и техникум.

В 1974 году вышла замуж за Евгения Колесникова, а уже в 1978 году уверовала и заключила завет с Господом, и стала членом поместной Церкви в городе Фергана.

Впоследствии, в семье Колесниковых родилось 11 детей, 5 мальчиков и 6 девочек. Несмотря на трудности семейной жизни в многодетной семье и участие в служении церкви, выбранный христианский путь, был смыслом жизни для Ирины. Её любящее мудрое сердце, самоотверженность, сплочённость в служении Господу, была не громкой, не напоказ, а глубокой и настоящей. Учила детей с почтением относиться к служителям и любить Церковь, совершать свое спасение со страхом и трепетом. Дети очень любили и уважали, и старались всегда и во всем её поддерживать.

В 1991 году они всей семьей переехали в США, где продолжили служение Господу в штате Вашингтон.

Христианское воспитание детей, постоянство в молитве за семью и Церковь, и помощь в служении мужу было смыслом её жизни. Смогла выдержать и разделить все трудности и испытания, как жена служителя. Несла служение дьяконицы в поместной церкви. Её надежность проявлялась не в обещаниях, а в ежедневной верности Богу, людям и делу. Её слова о Боге и принципы жизни звучали как откровение, которое проникает вглубь, остаётся и оживает в сердце. Господь наделил её способностью, объединять людей – своим присутствием, вниманием и искренней верой! Она умела радоваться, даже тогда, когда другим казалось это не значительно. Когда она улыбалась, казалось, что опускается небо и наполняет своей теплотой все вокруг.

Часто с любовью вспоминала о времени, прожитом в Узбекистане, о подругах юности, о том, как росли дети, как принимали гостей, теплоту и уют за общим столом с родными братьями и сестрами со стороны мужа. Одна из её любимых фраз была: “Лучше блюдо зелени и с ним мир, чем откормленный бык и с ним раздор.” Её любимые цветы были – гладиолусы. Она не только умела выращивать цветы, но и детям прививала любовь к этому, а впоследствии и внуков к труду в огороде, выращивая различные овощи, ягоды и фрукты.

Со временем, Господь стал устраивать жизнь детей, начали созидаться благословенные семьи. Господь не постыдил, но велико благословил зятьями и снохами, которых она сильно любила, и они очень любили и уважали её. Начали рождаться внуки и это стало частью её жизни. Она находила время для всех. Родительский дом был всегда открыт для детей и внуков. Внуки очень любили своих бабушку и дедушку, чувствуя взаимность, которая выражалась ежедневным вниманием, заботой и любовью к каждому без исключения. Бабушка учила их вязать крючком, готовить блюда, учила читать на русском языке, учить стихи из Библии и быть послушными на служении, соблюдая чистоту и порядок с самого детства. У неё было правило и особый подарок для каждого внука и внучки – вязанные одеяла и шарфы в розовом и голубом цвете, которые она каждому связала с особой любовью. Теперь это останется напоминанием о тех родных и теплых бабушкиных руках, и любящим сердце, которое будет с нами жить вечно!

В 2024 году, вместе с детьми и внуками, друзьями и родными был отмечен юбилей 50 лет совместной семейной жизни.

Её жизнь, была тихим, но ярким свидетельством того, как труд и любовь могут преображать все вокруг, как забота о других, и желание угодить Господу, раскрывает основной смыл жизни человека на земле, в которой должен прославится Господь Иисус Христос! Её любимое место из Писания: “ Господи, к кому нам идти? Ты имеешь глаголы вечной жизни”

2 июля 2025 года на 72 году жизни Колесникова Ирина ушла в Вечность к Господу как она и желала в кругу своей семьи, мужа Евгения, 10 детей, 3 снох и 6 зятьев, а также 54 внуков, оставив пример для подражания, как Герой Веры.
