Lawrence Hall
Lawrence Charles Hall “Larry” passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, in Kennewick, Washington, at the age of 90. He was born on December 4, 1934, in River Falls, Wisconsin, to Bernice and Archie Hall, and was one of seven siblings. Larry grew up in the Spokane area and graduated from Lindbergh High School. Larry spent his career as a Teamster truck driver, house mover, and stone mason.
He was married to his beloved wife, Velma “Val” Hall, for over 40 years. Together they raised four children: Diana “Deena” (Wes), Carla (John), Chuck (Gayle), and Sandy (Jeff).
Larry was a proud grandfather to Annie (Elizabeth), Camden (Jordyn), Cathy (Patrick), Jake (Kristina), Hunter (Derrek), Chad, Tyler, Lindsey, and Chelsea, and a joyful great-grandfather to Anderson, Everly, Audra, Harper, and Hayzen.
He had a lifelong passion for restoring classic cars, especially his cherished custom 1934 Dodge pickup. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with family. Whether on the road in his RV, around the table playing dice, or sharing a story, Larry brought humor and heart to every moment. He will be remembered with love, laughter, and deep appreciation for a life well lived.
A celebration of Larry’s life will be held on Sunday, July 27th, from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at The Lost Barn, 70712 N 46th Ave, West Richland, WA 99353. Please join us for an open house-style gathering with food and drinks provided. In honor of Larry’s love for classic cars, guests are encouraged to bring their own vintage vehicles to share in the celebration.
