Lisa Deines
Lisa Maria Deines, 56, born August 5, 1968 entered into eternal peace on July 3, 2025. Lisa was born in Pasco, Washington to Guadalupe Ramirez and Cleo Russell Schacher. Lisa’s only child, her beautiful daughter Angela was born in 1985. Lisa was a fiercely protective and loving mother who worked a hard as she could to provide a good life for Angie. Lisa then met the love of her life, Royce Deines, in 1995 while working at Jackson’s Sports Pub. Royce was blown away by Lisa’s beauty, at first sight, he remembers his reaction, “Wow! WHO is THAT?!” They were then married on September 27, 1997. Royce became a father to Angela immediately and has remained so ever since.
Though she loved and excelled at many things, gardening, cooking, and crafting, her favorite role was becoming a grandparent. Her granddaughter and grandson Madelyn and Jasee Miller, were truly the lights of her life. She treasured her time with them and never failed to be the best Gma, as she was known as, never failing to make their favorite foods or find them the coolest knick-knacks.
Lisa and Royce spent several of their summer vacations at the Oregon Coast with her daughter’s family. Lisa loved the ocean. It was a place of calm and peace for her where she enjoyed spending her time with her husband, her mother Cleo, and also her best friend, Terry. Of course, she was also a fur-mama to her puppies whom she pampered and spoiled with love, Shadow and Sugar.
Over the past few years, Lisa worked at our local Home Depot store in Kennewick. Many people were inspired by her help and enthusiasm to become a new gardener, or a better one, or to know the tricks and trades of a Master Gardner, which is exactly what she was. She loved the beauty of the earth and had a beautiful yard and garden of her own. She was never one to be afraid to get her hands dirty or work hard. She became a crafter and builder of beautiful and intricate diamond paintings, miniature houses, and even taking on a new kind of adventure, putting together her very first Lego set, of course, of a floral arrangement that she had received for Mother’s Day.
Lisa is and will always be remembered for her loyalty to her loved ones. If she loved you, then you were blessed because she would always have your back and would stand up for you. She would take care of you, laugh and cry with you, and then, cook the most wonderful meal and say “You better eat it ALL, too!” We will miss our beautiful Lisa Maria, daughter, mother, sister, wife, & friend every day and until we see her again.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Lupe Ramirez and her best friend, Terry Flores. She is survived by her husband, Royce Deines; daughter Angela (Nick Miller); grandchildren Madelyn and Jase. Her mother Cleo Schacher; brother Victor Ramirez (Michelle); sister Felishia Burchard (Patrick); brother Christopher Perez (Felecia). Nieces + Nephews, Taya, Tori, Maverick, Mianna, Racer, Ryder, Max, Zeph and Sam. Lisa had many other relatives and friends to count among those she loved and those who loved her.
A celebration of her life will be held at Einen’s Funeral Center, in Richland, Washington on Saturday July 19th, 2025 at 11 am. Following the Celebration of Life service will be a graveside service and a reception following at the funeral center. Everyone who loved Lisa is welcome to attend.
A note to my daughter,
“My remarkable daughter who brought love, joy, and light into the lives of those she touched.
A devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She lives on in the hearts of us all.
Forever remembered, cherished, and loved beyond measure.
Rest in peace my dear Lisa, I love you.
Love, Mom.”
I remember Lisa mainly from my days at Jackson’s sports bar long time ago. She was always a good server. That’s been awhile. God bless her for she in gone too early.
Lisa was always a counted on friend who’s happy greeting never was affected by the things in her life. She was always happy to be your friend and always had a smile on her face you felt was yours alone. I knew both Royce and Lisa throughout the old “Boys club” days. My heart felt condolence’s go out to Royce and all family/friends listed and discussed throughout this thread. Lisa, may you rest in peace.
Lisa, my dearest sister in-law, you were a beautiful person inside and out and I am thankful you were apart of our family.
