Clarine Watkins

Born in Wallingford, IA, to Ingvald C. Larson & Rhoda Mae Frost Larson. She was the 2nd child of 4. She was the last of her clan.
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my beloved mother. She showed extraordinary warmth and kindness.
She was unwaveringly strong and gentle. Her generosity touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Cindy Hayes; her devoted son-in-law, Michael Hall; and her cherished granddaughters,
Tabitha Hayes (Adam Clark) and Desiree Hayes. Her memory will forever be treasured by her family, friends, and all who knew
her.
She was a proud 50-year member of the Kennewick Eagles #2485, a community she cherished and served with devotion. Her
involvement and commitment to the Eagles reflected her passion for supporting others and building lasting friendships.
Her mind was sharp and her spirit youthful, though her body didn’t always cooperate. She loved her country music and
dancing. Those passions never faded. She also found great happiness in her rose garden. She tended it with love and
admiration, nurturing each bloom as she did those around her.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Richland Lutheran Church, followed by a luncheon.
