William Harris
William (Will) Ray Harris, 71, of Pasco, WA, passed away peacefully, with his loving wife, Sharyn, by his side on August 6, 2025.
Born April 7, 1954 in Richland, WA, Will grew up loving adventure and the great outdoors. His quick wit, sense of humor and groovy hair impressed everyone who knew him. Will had a gift for art pursuing his studies specializing in Stipple art at Columbia Basin College resulting in professional prints for the state, local businesses and private interests. Will loved working with his hands remodeling and maintenance, but his favorite (besides his flowers and yard) was working and living in mountain parks in Colorado and Washington.
Will is survived by his wife (Sharyn), daughter (Sonia), step-sons (Gaylen and Kelsey), brother Jim (Dee), sister ShoVonne, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
For all who knew Will, when they see a cabin in the mountains, or near a lake with chairs around a fire, they’ll smile and think of Will and his stories and his humor and his laugh. Rest in peace dear Will.
Will was just a fun person to hang out with. He had lots of fun stories, jokes and a contagious laugh! He was quite competitive when it came to horse shoes or really any pick-up games like croquet. His favorite place to be was always camping or a cabin in the woods.
I will really miss this guy. Will was unique. He was a fantastic artist using Stippling to create some of the most beautiful and imaginative drawings. He was a front porch philosopher, a gardener, an outdoorsman that lived and breathed to explore the woods and nature. Will loved music and could tell you anything you wanted to know about Classic Rock. Mostly, he was not only my brother-in-law but my very close and loved friend. Thursdays will never be the same.
