It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Kimberly Valle Downey.
Kim was born on December 19th, 1983, in Kennewick, WA and passed away September 15th, 2025, at her home in Benton City, WA
Kim is survived by her loving family, father Mike Downey, mother Michelle Downey, brother Joshua Downey, sister Silvia (Brandon) Cole and her two children she cherished dearly, Kylie Santos and Joshua Downey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved her very much.
Kim will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all that knew her. Kim was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She will forever live in our hearts and now will live forever eternally with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Kim was diligent, worked hard, and was a proud Union Journeyman Carpenter. She had a passion and talent for building, creating and making all things beautiful. Kim’s hard work and determination to succeed can be greatly attributed to the unconditional love and support she received from her loving family and the people who played a key role in her life. We are all blessed to have loved and been loved by her.
Kimmie, you are loved and will be missed dearly.
