Loving wife, Mother and Friend
There’s a quiet pride that fills our hearts when someone says, “I knew your Mom. She was an amazing woman.” Because she truly was.
She taught us all what kindness looks like in action, what strength means without words, and what love feels like without needing to say it.
Even now, We see her in the way we treat others, in the way we keep our words, in the way we love deeply and quietly-just like she did.
Carol, your legacy lives on in us all, in every person you touched, in every heart that still speaks your name with respect. 🤍
Carol gained her wings and joined her heavenly family, her husband, parents, sisters and her grandsons and her heavenly Father Jesus.
Mom and Dad did not leave behind others but are preparing for our heavenly reunion we are all waiting for, her Children: Randy (Michelle), Theresa (Jeff) Julie (Tony).
Grand Children; Justin (Tai), Derek, (Ashley), Jessie, Brandie, and Alyssa (Colton).
Great Grand Children; Kallen, Alina, Nash, and Nephews and Nieces.
Carol was raised in Toledo, Washington, by her parents, her father owned the sawmill in Toledo, her mother stayed at home at taught her so much that she passed to her kids and grandkids.  In 1957, she married John, and together they built a beautiful life with three children. Carol worked at Energy Northwest keeping everyone on task. Along with Dad they both provided for the family with dedication and hard work.
A devoted wife, mother, and friend, she was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Carol loved spending time outdoors—boating, camping, and making memories with her family at the beach or camping in the mountains. She was especially known for her loving heart and the homemade cakes, cookies and treats she baked with dad each year for her children’s birthdays and Christmas a simple but sweet reflection of her love and care.
We all have many great memories of Carol here are just a few that have been shared, Mom was always there with her arms opened wide for her mom hugs & kisses and saying she was proud of us. Both Mom and Dad would stand at the door and would wave, hold up their hands in what we knew as “their” I love you sign, they just couldn’t stick out their thumbs. When we all played family games, she was the life of the gaming table, and we would laugh so hard we cried with joy. We would also sit around the living room and plays music and sing.
She loved music and poured that love into her children and their families. Mom showed love to her son and daughter in law and she never made us feel out of place. She would always say we were her kids and loved us all. There are so many great memories we all have with Mom, keep them all close to your hearts and share them often with family and friends.
As her children and Grandchildren, we remember the times along with dad she taught us how to win at Yahtzee & Cribbage, Mom long with dad taught us all the “secret” for popcorn balls which we all enjoyed making them together as a family each Christmas season and still do.
As said before Mom taught us all so many things but most of all she showed us all what unconditional love is and to show the love of Jesus to everyone and be there when ever needed. She cheered on her Grandchildren in all their sports, and she loved going to all the high school football, basketball games she could go too.
She loved life and enjoyed sitting around the dining table drinking coffee, eating sugar cookies and sweets. She would talk about the family and all their trips and funny memories, we all felt like were there too.
We all remember going to the beach, camping and Leavenworth and we all keep those traditions alive to this day.
