Sheryl lost a short battle with cancer in Richland, WA. She was born in Austin, TX and moved with her family to Washington in 1962. There she attended school in Kennewick, graduating in 1976 from Kennewick High School.

She married James in May of 1993 and were married for many years.

She worked many years as a CNA where she spent most of her year working for Aging and Long-Term care

She enjoyed spending time with her 2 sons and grandchildren, family and friends.

She loved to cook with her favorite being the holidays where she would bake cookies and fudge for family and friends. Nothing made her happier than being a grandmother to 15 beautiful grandchildren. One of her favorite hobbies was crafting with her niece Danielle and attending holiday bazaars together. She loved her late dog Rocky and her current dog Mitsy. One of her favorite places was the ocean; the Oregon coast was her favorite place to visit.

She is survived by her husband James, her parents, Jerry and Bernice, 2 sons Jonathan and Jerad, 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, brother Kenny and numerous family and friends.
Sheryl was strong, loyal, kind, generous beyond belief, loving and resilient

She had the uncanny ability to take a bad situation and make the best out of it, grow from it, develop stronger love because of it and infect those around her with the same love and resilience.
