Toni Jeanne “TJ” Andrews was born April 5, 1969 in Vicenza, Italy to Anthony P. “Tony” and Barbara (Whiting) DeGiulio. Her father was in the Army in the Judge Advocates General Corp (JAGC) and was stationed in Italy at the time. She later lived (as her father and mother were moved by the military) in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina and then the family settled in Arco, Idaho. Her father and mother later divorced. Her father later married her step-mother Nadine (Semler) in 1983.

There she met and married Stacey McCurdy and to this union were born her first two daughters, Ashley and Amanda. TJ and Stacey later were divorced. She then met and married Neil Mays, with whom she had two children, a son Jayden and a daughter, Brittanie Lola. TJ and Neil later were divorced. Then she met and married Roy W. Andrews. They were married until his passing in June 2023.

TJ is preceded in death by both parents, a baby sister, Lynn Marie DeGiulio, and by her husband Roy Andrews. She is survived by her four children, three grandchildren, a brother, Nicholas DeGiulio, two sisters, Leslie DeGiulio and Gionina (Nina) DeGiulio, by her step-mother Nadine (Semler) DeGiulio, and her mother and father-in-law, Robin and Tom Eldhardt.

TJ passed away at her home in Richland, WA, on January 20, 2026 after a long illness. No services are planned.
