Margaret Liedigk

Margaret Liedigk was called home to her Lord on February 7, 2026. She was born on June 23, 1925, and had celebrated her 100th birthday. During World War II, Margaret worked at the Champion Spark Plug company in Toledo, Ohio, proudly supporting the military effort. In 1946, she met the love of her life, Paul. They were married in 1949 and shared 65 wonderful years together, raising three children and building a life rooted in faith, service, and family. In 1963, the family moved to Pasco, Washington. During this time, Margaret was deeply involved in the local 598 Ladies Auxiliary and proudly served as its president. She also worked as a medical assistant for Dr. Putra in Pasco. Margaret was a strong and devoted Catholic. She attended St. Patrick’s Church in Pasco for many years and served faithfully in the Altar Society, where she prepared and served food for funeral receptions. Margaret had a lifelong passion for helping others and lovingly cared for several sick individuals over the years. Margaret is survived by her three children, Tom Liedigk and his wife, Debra; Deborah Barrett and her husband, Mike; Lisa Daniel and her husband, Joseph. Margaret was also blessed with six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Margaret will be deeply missed, and her memory will live in our hearts forever. A private service will be held at Einan’s Sunset Funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local hospice in appreciation of their compassion and life-affirming work. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints” psalm 116:15
