Ketra Ann Ragsdale- Thom was born in Pasco Wa, June 3 1997. She unexpectedly gained her angel wings March 29 2026 greeted in heaven by her Grandma Annie, Grandma Karyn, auntie Mary and Sandra. Ketra lite up every room she entered from birth with her, spunky attitude, spun gold hair and vibrant blue eyes.
She met her husband Kevin in 2016 at Grocery Outlet, where a chance encounter became a love story neither of them could have planned. Kevin knew from the very first day that he could never say goodbye to her — and he never did. He proposed to her in the same place they met, and together they built a life, a home, and a family.
Ketra had a deep love for art and was beginning to explore tattooing and welding — passions she was just starting to make her own. She was a fabricator, a creator, and above all, a devoted mother to her son Bruce.
Ketra is survived by her husband Kevin, their son Bruce, parents Charles Ragsdale and Krista Fenton(Rick), sister Joelyn Goble(Cory), her 2 nieces and nephew, her devoted in laws Bruce and Terri, and sis in law Sorra, many extended family members and friends.
Ketra loved everyone and was loved completely by many. She will never be forgotten and her light never dimmed.
