Memories of Anna will continue to live on in their hearts forever. As a child in the wild country of Minnesota near where Rock Creek ran into the St. Croix River, she spent hours exploring the great outdoors with her many siblings. During her child-rearing years, she never had to be asked twice to help with any youth activities involving her children. When she retired, she continued her great passion for the out of doors by finding any excuse to be there with Oscar fishing the lakes and streams of Washington State. Her home was always open to family and friends. Crocheting afghans by the dozens kept her fingers moving when her body was ready to rest every evening. She was a member of Richland Lutheran Church in Richland, Washington. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2001, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with a memorial service following at 11 a.m. at Richland Lutheran Church located at Van Giesen and Stevens. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon at the church after the Memorial Service. Memorials are suggested to Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice, 2108 W.
