Dear Truel, Jan and Trueline, Rena a very special lady lived by example the life God wants us to follow. Her sweetness radiated to all who knew her. I learned from her from an early age to the present and still will learn more.

May you experience God’s peace this Christmas season. Christlikeness was evident in Rena’s life and the element of peace is part of that. Jesus came to bring peace to our souls in the midst of despair. May you be filled with His peace as you are reminded of all the lives Rena has influenced during her time on this earth.
God bless! Edna Thompson-Howe
Dear Swe
As a child, I experienced Rena as the caring, understanding mother of my good friends Jan and Trueline. And she made the best snickerdoodles!!!
As an adult, I knew Rena as the kind, supportive presence, along with Truel, at the hospital each time either of my own parents were ailing.
I am grateful and honored to have known and loved Rena.
My condolences to Truel and the girls and the rest of the family.
I have many fond memories of Rena while growing up in the Nazarene church. She will be missed by many many people.
Lois, my mom, is in an assisted living here and I will share this with her. Our sympathy and love to all of you.
