In my eyes, my husband’s father,my daughters grandfather, my father-in-law, a generous man with a sense of humor, adventurous & patrotic. He liked to dance & socialize, he was fun to be with. I admired his bravery as he stood up in front of our families and read from scripture during our wedding ceremony. He made us all proud. I’ll always remember when he came to visit. In our conversations, he revealed some of his feelings, and I felt that I got to know this strong spirited man. Edward J. Gilmore, Dad, Pops. And when it was time for the long trip home, with a smile on his face he gave warm hugs and said goodbye – until we see him again *** until we see him again
