Jean L. Somdahl, 74, of Richland, died February 10, 2002, at Lourdes Medical Center, Pasco, WA. She was born October 27, 1927, in Coweta, OK and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 1946.

Mrs. Somdahl was a homemaker and a member of the Rebekah Lodge.

She is survived by sons, Dan Somdahl, Fairfield, MT, Gary Somdahl, Richland, WA; daughter, Sandi Naimy, Walla Walla, WA; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Jewel Hadley, Richland, Helen Shane, Kennewick, Jo Burris, Arkansas; and brother, Dennis Todd, Pasco.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Somdahl; brothers, Jay and Melvin Todd; and parents, Jasper and Mary Todd.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 14, 2002, at Einan’s Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.  A no host reception will follow the services at Isla Bonita Mexican Restaurant, 1524 Jadwin Ave. Richland.

Visitation will be at Einan’s from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. today.
