Marjorie Ruth Thompson Wallace, 93, of Richland, Washington, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 10, 2002.

She was born January 20, 1909, in Decatur, Illinois to Esther and Elbert Thompson.  The family moved to California in 1925 where she attended school.  She married her college sweetheart, Kennard Henry Wallace on September 17, 1929, in Glendale, California.  The love of her life passed away November 29, 1973.

Marjorie was a homemaker and artist.  She spent many hours decorating many different kinds of real eggs.  She liked to knit and was active in the Senior Citizens.  Some of her happiest times were when all her children and grandchildren came home to visit.

She was preceded by her husband, Kennard and her parents, Esther and Elbert Thompson.

She is survived by her daughter, Michael and her husband, Joe Condit, Alamo, NV and her daughter, Shirley and her husband, Nick Karagianes of Richland.  She leaves 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2002, in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
