Vivian Wayne Heckart

Our mother, Vivian Wayne Heckart, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 13, 2002. She was born August 23, 1916. to James and Laura Stevens at Ringling, Oklahoma. She married John D. Heckart in her 16th year and stayed happily married for 67 years until his passing. Vivian lived a full and wonderful life during which she was a homemaker but so much more. Besides being the backbone of our family, she was a hunter, fisherman, a sharpshooter, a lady at any event and the best and most loving mother, grandmother, friend and person. Vivian and her husband lived in Coulee Dam from 1970 to 1979. She is survived by her son Charles Martin Heckart, daughters Valiene Heckart, Debbie Tripp and Barbara Stordahl, their families, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. We will miss you much and you are right Mom, the family will never be the same without you.
Graveside service will be held Friday, October 18th at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 at Einan’s Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at the Cathedral of Joy Church at 2:30 p.m.
