Bessie Horky Hunacek
Bessie Horky Hunacek, 90, died Wednesday, November 27, 2002, at home in Kennewick, WA. She was born October 20, 1910 in Omaha, Nebraska and had lived in Richland 3 years.
Bessie was a homemaker, and she attended Richland Nazarene Church.
She is survived by son, Gerald S. Jerry Hunacek, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Mickey of Richland; granddaugher, Lisa Schultz and her husband, Kim, of Everett; grandson, Michael of Richland; and sister, Agnes Vacek of Omaha, NE.
Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald S. Hunacek, Sr. after almost 70 years of marriage.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 7, 2002, in Bohemian Cemetery, Omaha, NE. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. December 13, 2002, at Richland Nazarene Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Richland Nazarene Church, 2500 Jericho Rd. Richland, WA.
I am sorry for your loss. Bess and Jerry will always be in my thoughts and I am better for knowing both of them. Gold Street in Omaha will forever miss them both.
