Dolores Irene Tuttle

While at home on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2002, our precious wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Dolores Tuttle, went to meet Jesus face to face. Dolores was born in Logan, Iowa on July 22, 1917.

Dolores is survived by her husband, Carol Q. Tuttle of Kennewick, WA; one son, Ronald Tuttle and wife Barbara of Springfield, MO; two daughters, Karen Hill of Richland, WA and Kathy Wardle and husband Wayne of Kennewick, WA, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also surving are one brother, Milo Hartshorn and three sisters, Bonnie Harmon, Martha Grell, and Patricia Studnicka.

Funeral services will be held Monday December 2, 2002 at 2:00 pm at Einan’s Funeral Home in Richland, WA with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland, WA.

Viewing and visitation will be held Sunday December 1, 2002 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Einan’s Funeral Home.

Dolores’ desire was to see all her children and grandchildren serving the Lord before her death. The Lord graciously brought that to pass.

Serving and loving the Lord were her priorities. She instilled these same values in her three children, and we do “rise up and call her blessed.”

I wish to convey my sympathy for such a special lady. I grew up and attended Central Assembly and went to Davis Hi with your brother. You probably know John, he is my brother.

I am so thankful that this life is not all there is but that we have this Blessed Hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. It does leave an empty place when we lose a loved one. My prayers are with you this day.

  • Mrs. Tuttle was a good stable Christian. Her Godly example will live on in our memories. It was always a joy to see the Tuttles at Church, the years we attended together. Her smile and humor were wonderful. Our hearts are sad as we sense the loss you feel. The future holds a glad reunion day!

    Blessings to your Family~
