Mattie Ruth McCoy: February 25, 1921 to December 25, 2003

Mattie Ruth McCoy, current Puyallup, WA resident, passed away peacefully on December 25. She was born in Coolidge, TX on February 25, 1921.

She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 60 years, J.E. McCoy, Jr. and son, Shelley McCoy. She is survived by her son Joe McCoy, III and wife Susan of Dixie, WA; daughter, Nada McCoy, Puyallup, WA; 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Mattie made her home in Richland, WA for almost 40 years. Her family was her world. She loved watching her family grow and enjoyed living close to her daughter the last three years. Mattie will be missed by those who loved her.

Viewing will be at Einan's Funeral Home on January 2, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:30 p.m. Graveside Service will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m.
