I am deeply saddened by the passing of such a great man and friend. My heart-felt sympathy goes out to his family at this time. I met Chuck long ago online and even though I didn’t get to play every week, I stayed in touch with everyone in our “little group” of friends over the years. Thinking back, where has the time gone?? We met in 1998 through mutual friends and we all shared our lives through the computer. Chuck will always have a place in my heart as a quick wit… and an even sharper spades player. He was the best partner and the worst opponent that one could ever wish for. Please know that he made a great contribution to my life and his passing will not soon be forgotten.
Saturday night card games just won’t be the same without Chuck’s competitive spirit and quick wit. My deepest sympathy is extended to his mother and remaining family. God bless you all.

Chuck and I became friends playing games on the Internet. We often partnered on Saturday night with other friends. He was always fun to be around, with a quick wit and lively conversation. He will be sorely missed. May God bless and keep his family and friends.
With deepest sympathy+. Chuck will be sadly missed by me and all who knew him from the Zone card room.
I am saddened at the loss of Chuck. I always enjoyed his quick wit and will remember with fondness that he played cards almost as skillfully as me. I am sure that Chuck is appreciating the humor even to this day.
I am so sorry for his family and other friends for their loss of a wonderful man.
