Winnie passed away Monday, February 9, 2004 at her home in Richland. Winnie was born November 6, 1918 in North Hollywood, California, the daughter of Fred and Catherine Tuch.

Winnie had many interests over the years. First came her husband and family. She loved to play golf. She and her best friend, Liz Carmichael, started an antique business together. They started out working at flea markets and then they moved their business into an antique mall. They went on many buying trips together, traveling to the East Coast, the Northwest and Europe.

Winnie married the love of her life, Oscar Rodriguez. They celebrated 53 years together in December 2003. Oscar was a costumer in the movie and television industry. Winnie enjoyed traveling with Oscar when he went on location. They traveled to Mexico, Spain, and throughout the United States.

She loved her husband and family deeply. She also loved art, antiques, travel and learning new things, like a computer at age 82. Winnie was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She touched many lives and was loved by all who were fortunate to meet her.

Winnie and her husband moved from California to Richland November, 2000. They shared in many family activities these past three years. The family has enjoyed and reaped the rewards of having them here with us.

Winnie was preceded in death by her son Jim. She is survived by her husband Oscar Rodriguez, daughter Shirley Brault, son Gary Spencer, brothers Jack and Fred Tuch, sister Virginia Illes, 11 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.

Visitation will be held on Friday February 13 at Einan’s from 5-8pm. Graveside services will be held on Saturday February 14 at 11:30am at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland. A memorial will be held 1:00pm at Christ the King Catholic Church on Saturday February 14.
