EINAN’S FUNERAL HOME ARMINTA FAYE NELSON Passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2004 in Tacoma.

She was born May 12, 1923 in Adair Oklahoma. She married Dolph November 4, 1939. They moved to North Richland in 1948 as he had started working in the Hanford Project. She spent many years working in cost accounting finally retiring in 1986. She was a member of Quinault Baptist Church when she still resided in the Tri-Cities.

She is survived by her son Philip and his wife Marilyn Ann and their children, Lisa and Michael all from the Seattle area; son David and his wife Jacque of Puyallup and their children, Mark of Edmonds, Tod of Bothell, and Kevin of Puyallup. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren Reilyn, Tessamarie, and Athena, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 11 am Monday at Einan’s Funeral Home. Viewing will be Monday from 8-11 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate to your favorite charity in her name.

  • I remember your mother, Faye, as a kind and friendly lady. We were both in “cost accounting”, tho with different companies at Hanford. We did interact on a regular basis and at every encounter, Faye would always exchange pleasantries first, and then we’d get to the business item at hand. I recall that when she retired, just a year before we did, that she was so happy. She left many friends…God bless her soul.
