Frances, Betty and Families: I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter/sister. My prayers are with you and your families.
I’m so sorry to hear about Francine. I hadn’t seen her in a good while, but I’ll never forget the times and experiences we shared in college and for years after. She was a good person and friend. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Much love,
Teresa

We would like to extend our condolences to the Owens and Ealy Family. You have our deepest sympathy, and God Bless your families.
I am so sorry for the loss of Francine,I know the pain of a lost loved one. GOD will help you heal. And family and friends will lend an ear to listen. Sandy, I had just been thinking of you and said I needed to try to reach you. this is not the way I intended. It is in these times that I don’t quite know what to say or what to do to help give some comfort. So it is best that I can write down what I feel, that which I can’t say with my mouth. Just know that I love you all and will be praying GOD will comfort you and keep you strong. Love Hannah
I attended Isaac Stevens Junior High and Pasco High School with Francine. My fondest memories of her are her sweet smile and loving disposition. She looks the same to me in her picture as I remembered her. My prayers are with all of her family for comfort from the Lord. God Bless you. Vernita Tompkins Coffey
