William Harold ”Pug” McGee

W. H. “Pug” McGee, 74, of Benton City,, died January 11, 2005, at Kadec Medical Center.  He was born February 24, 1930, in Clarkston, Washington.

Pug lived in the Tri-Cities 44 years and was the owner of McGee’s Chevron.

Pug devoted his life to his family and his work.  He was a proud and doting “Papa” and Uncle.  His zest for life and love of fishing will go on in the hearts of generations of children who love him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marcia; children, Marilyn Boyd Young Les of Boise, Sandie Spooner Russell of Asotin; brother, Kenny McGee of Benton City; sister, Carol Corti of Wisconsin; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by daughters, Cheryl McGee and Barbi Lagana.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005, at Einan’s Funeral Home.
