  • Grandma Marie will always be missed, and now she can watch over all of us. We have shared great memories staying the night. She always made sure she had a little something for everyone on Christmas. She is loved and always will be.

  • As I reflect on my childhood, it is full of memories of my Aunt Marie. Her red lipstick, red nails and dark hair. She had the best dill pickles, homemade bread, tamales and potato salad. We loved sleeping outside in her front yard in the summer. She always had a dog or three and would tell you exactly what she was thinking – honestly. She had a great sense of humor and it was always fun to reminisce of old times with her, she never lost her recollection of people and the times of her life. She was a colorful woman and anyone that was lucky enough to cross paths with her, will never forget her. A memory is a picture you take with your heart. We have alot of those thanks to Aunt Marie. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

  • Aunt Marie was one of a kind that is for sure. Growing up with her Howard, Tonia and Andy as neighbors gave us so many stories and memories! I still loved to call her early in the morning and just visit. She loved her yard and her flowers. She reminded me of my dad Buford is so many ways and she sure made me laugh. I will miss her so much.
