Hi Mom! It’s me, your last, but not least child. I came to you 8 & 10 years after your first two children. I miss you so…. Growing up as your ” only child, poor little rich girl” type. You always provided well for me. But I was always lonely, still am. But with your passing my loneliness feels more like emptiness. I remember so many things you told me. Like don’t pay any attention to him, just ignore him, he don’t know any better, he can’t help himself. Well I never could do that. Why? Because I loved him, and still do. But out of love and respect for you and him, I am now finally able to ignore him. I hear your voice louder now than ever before, you told me many times it’s nice to be nice. That’s my motto. I’m happy for you that you’re no longer trapped inside your pain ridden body, and muted thinking, caused from pain medication. Rejoice and enjoy your freedom from pain, and all the love you now receive from our God and his children “your family past”, to greet and share love with you. Too late, but not too little, daughter, Marcia Jane
My grandma was the most elegant woman I have ever known. While growning up I always looked forward to holidays at grandma’s. Her homemade rolls were the very best. She was bar-none the best cook. Which is something I did not inhierit. Holidays were made with love from grandma hats, scarfs, afgans, ceramics and dolls. All of which I still have displayed around my house with pride. Everytime I walked into grandma’s house it had that smell “Tide and Downy”. As I got older, got my own place, I tried to get that smell. But it’s just not the same without the grandma in the house. I suppossed I also devolped my insane love of shoes from my beloved grandma. The other day I was wearing my Raiders baseball cap and someone said ” how long have you been a fan”. I realized that many, many years ago my grandma took me shopping and bought me a Raiders # 33 jersey, which I still have. So I guess my grandma picked my football team I’ve had ever since then ” good choice grams, the fans are fun”. Anyway for as long as I can remember I thought my grandma was an elegant queen. I thought the world revolved around her. As a child I looked up to her, and could only wish to be as elegant as she. I will miss her dearly. I hope you’re swimming in some warm water and giggling. It’s nice to be 30 again, huh?Stacey Lynn,
P.S. I hope you’re wearing the most outrageous shoes,,, my next pair are dedicated to you.
Happy Mother’s Day my precious mom. You will be very missed. I know you had a very hard last five years. However it gives me some peace knowing you are with our Hevenly Father now. You can walk, run, jump, and play again. What joy that must be for you. I love you patsy.
P.S. Mom give my boy a big hug and kiss for me.

I never got to meet or know my great aunt Ethel, but have heard many stories.
I was so sorry to hear about your loss and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
We are very saddened to hear the news of Ethel passing. I know that while the last few years have been very challanging there is no way to fully prepare and there is always this huge hole in our own soul when the day arrives. We are very sorry for your loss.

She was a wonderful grandma. She use to take me to get my hair done with her. She bought me my first pair of high heel shoes. She always told me to be strong and make sure I could take care of myself. We shared the same birthday March 24th. I loved her very much.

I’ll miss my grandma and always be thankful for the memories I have. As a child I looked forward to every school vacation I got to spend with her, and as an adult I was just as excited every chance I got to go visit. If not for summers with grandma I probably never would have finished a book, read a newspaper, or found a true appreciation for comfortable shoes.
Will remember and love her always.
My entire family was saddened to learn of Ethels passing. I enjoyed my friendship with Ethel very much. My best friend in the world is her daughter Patsy. Patsy and I would come up and stay at Ethel’s house and she always made me feel right at home. We would go out and get fruit when it was in season . We played bingo sometimes before she became so ill. My condolences are with the entire family for their loss. Sue Pisha
