Grandma –
I miss you so much already. You know, you’ve always been the only Grandparent I’ve ever really known, for the most part. So, to have you gone is very hard.
There are so many memories I have of our time together that I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Just know that there are many!
Perhaps the greatest legacy you leave behind are all these wonderful children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren that you loved so dearly. It was always so obvious that you were happiest when surrounded by children. The more the merrier!
I want to thank you for all your love and support over the years. Not just for me, but for all of us. You were always there to pick us up when we fell, and you never seemed to think about how inconvenient it might be for you. I mean…..just think of how many family members have had 705 or 707 Comstock as an address at some time in their lives, if not a few times in their lives! I know I have!
I will miss your great hugs and fluffy cheeks. Thank you for loving me. I love and miss you more than you’ll ever know.
Love Forever –
Amy
Grandma,
I will always remember the fun times we had together. I loved coming to your house to watch “Andy Griffith”, then eat dinner. Another fond memory I have with you was when you used to take the grandchildren to lunch on their birthday. I looked forward to spending time alone with you on my birthday. I also enjoyed spending our holidays with you. Your house was always decorated festively, and the food was so good!! I have lots of great memories with you that will be with me always. I love you!
Love,
Tracie
