Ruth Kuehn

Ruth Robinson-Overstreet, age 79, passed from this life on the Lord’s day, October 2, 2005. She is the beloved mother of Daphene Hamner; mother-in-law of Pat Hamner; grandmother of Jason and wife Julie; and grandmother of Katie. She was promoted to GREAT grandmother upon the arrival of Ethan Hamner. Ruth is the sister of seven siblings: Yuilee, Hollis and wife Margaret, Douglas and wife Sherry, John and wife Garnetta, Hazel and husband Tom, Jean and Mary; several nieces and nephews.

Ruth lived her life as a strong Christian, was an exceptional example to her family and to all with whom she came in contact. Her passing from this earth leaves a huge hole in her family’s hearts, but we enjoy much comfort knowing she is with her Lord and Savior.

Preceded in Ruth’s death are her parents, John W. Sr. and Virginia Robinson; her husband Earl; and two brothers.

Ruth would refer other Christians to Psalm 116:15 upon the death of a loved one: “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.”
