Florence Corbell
Florence Corbell, 87, passed away Friday, June 1, at Mease Countryside Hospital, Oldsmar, Florida. She was born April 29, 1920 in Spring Lake, Utah. She lived in Richland, Washington since 1948 but came to Florida in December 2006.
Florence is survived by a brother Lynn/Pat Flanders of Wichita, Kansas, a sister Blanche/Virl Allison also of Wichita, Kansas; two sons, Lee/Rose Sudweeks of Pilot Pt., Oregon and Ralph/Pat Peart of Palm Harbor, Florida; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the VFW Women Auxiliary.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00PM Wednesday June 6 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 915 By Pass Highway, Richland, Washington. Viewing will be at Einan’s Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the service time on Wednesday.
Florence was like a second mother to myself, my brothers and to my sister. She was a dear family friend to our parents since 1948 when we all moved into the same neighborhood on Birch and Acacia Streets in Richland. She was a very giving and thoughtful person. Florence will remain in all of our memories for the rest of our lives. Rest in peace. Carol Freeman
