Amy Arlene Salerno, 53, passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on Friday January 22, 2010 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
Amy was a very artistic person and loved creating scrapbooks, cards, and calendars for her family and friends to enjoy. Amy was known for her infectious smile and laughter. She made those around her feel relaxed and joyous. Amy opened her heart to everyone she met and made instant friends along her journey in life. Amy enjoyed spending time along the waterside every chance she had. Amy was a perfect wife, proud mother, and best friend. We will miss her dearly.
Amy is survived by her husband Craig Salerno, daughter Lauren Salerno, sister Sherry Tanner and husband George Whitfield, cousins Felice, Eric, and Amy Levine.
Amy is preceded in death by her mother Helen Sefsky Zucker, her father Joseph Zucker, and her brother Paul Zucker.
We will miss Amy so much! She was always very happy-go-lucky and a wonderful neighbor. Amy was a ray of sunshine where ever she went. Hugs for your family. Rest in peace with the Lord Amy. God Bless you all!
We will miss you Amy! We enjoyed a few years together at the Leavenworth, WA scrapbook trips. You were always sunny and upbeat. You created beautiful scrapbook pages! You talked proudly of your daughter and husband. Always had fun stories to share. I will miss your smile and ready laugh. Many prayers for your family at this difficult time. May your family be comforted by happy memories of your joyous spirit.
Amy was a friend I met at Scrap Happens. She would meet friends, when she was able, at the store to work on her fabulous scrap book projects. We miss her smile, laughter, & family stories. Our prayers our with her family.
I will always remember Amy and working with her on the senior class party. She always had a smile and laugh with a joyous spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.
