  • I first met jack in 1948 when we moved into the the A house duplex next to the Rucker family. Jack was a good friend and we had many adventures together, including scuba diving, fishing, hunting, living in Los Angeles for a short time, playing tavern shuffleboard and playing cards. Jack was always happy and fun to hang out with. I don’t recall Jack ever coming up with stupid ideas, but I also do not recall him refusing to participate in my stupid ideas.
