Kirby Parker

Kirby Parker died on April 26, 2012, at the age of 78, after a sudden and brief attack of dementia of unknown origin.

He retired from Energy Northwest about 8 years ago and had been enjoying radio-control glider flying, table tennis, reading mysteries and computer programming.

Kirby was born in Dayton, Washington; the only son of Elmer Leo Parker & Ann Geraldine Bateman Parker. Through his genealogical research, he learned of many new branches of the Parker Family, and shared his knowledge freely.

Kirby is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann Parker, sons Brett Parker & Garth Parker, step-children Kim Votry, Karin Waller & Curt Waller, six grandchildren, and many friends who will miss his sense of humor and gentle heart.
