  • Joyce, Teri, Scott and Family,

Don was truly a great family man, loving husband, accomplished law enforcement officer and a great neighbor. We always enjoyed his positive attitude, sense of humor and kind demeanor. He was always fun to be around and he truly enjoyed people. He was also a hoot at our neighborhood parties and we always felt very secure in our neighborhood with Don being the Pasco Police Chief at that time. God bless the Francis family during this time of loss.
