He went to school in Richland all of his life and graduated from Columbia Richland High School in 1972. He joined the US Army in 1972 and was honorably discharged in May 1978. After returning from the Army he worked as a carpenter out in the area, retiring after 28 years. Our sincere condolences on the passing of Rocky. I cannot imagine the loss of a child, let alone two. Our prayers are with you and know that we are thinking of you.
From the Hughes family to the Semmern Family we send our condolences. Just to many classmates leaving us. I Graduated High School with Don Rocky and talked to him a few times at Ariva when he worked there. Rocky was the class clown always having fun and giving everybody a bad time. Great guy he will be missed. I was very surprised to find out about his passing.
