  • Our hearts were saddened with the news of your passing. You fought a courageous battle, Jeff and you and Kathy remained so strong and positive. We were happy that your suffering had finally ended, even though we kept praying for a miracle. Our prayers now are that Kathy finds comfort in the amazing memories you two created with your love so strong and the knowledge that you will someday be reunited with her. Rest peaceful, friend.

  • I am so sorry for your loss. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Jeffery and I were brothers as he lived in our home as a foster child. It has been over forty years since I last saw Jeffery. He was a wonderful boy and as kids, I have such fond memories. I lost track of Jeffery after he left our home but recently opened my Facebook to find a beautiful note from Jeff asking if he could be my Facebook friend–that was at the end of last year. Unfortunately, I rarely look at Facebook and at the time was serving in Afghanistan. So today I write this with a deeply saddened heart as I respond to Jeff’s Facebook request by simply saying, yes we are friends and we will always be friends. You see, death is the state of being in which we Live in the memories of others. I remember and I will always remember Jeffery. God bless him and keep him in your most welcomed home. Until we meet again.

  • My heart was saddened when you passed away Jeff, but then again, I was relieved because you were no longer suffering and in pain. You fought three hard years for each moment, and you deserved more than that, but then again, who are we to know what the Lord has in store for us. God most likely still has his plan for you as one of his “Angels”. Rest in Peace Jeff. I Love You.

  • I’m very sorry for your loss. I had a lot of fun working with Jeff at ASiMI back in the early 90’s. He was a very funny guy to joke around with.
