Ruth R. Grazzini

There is a hole in the world that used to shine with a gracious beauty. A void, cold and dark, where but a moment ago laughter and kindness blessed the world. In its depths are shadows which elude the eye and mock the senses with tantalizing after images.

No less are the holes in the hearts of everyone who was touched by this gentile strength. As we strive to fill our own emptiness with memories of the light that was we should remember that two things mark the measure of a loving life. You left the world a better place for having been here and you will be terribly missed.

We should all be so lucky. Donald Grazzini May 10, 2013

  • It was always fun to talk Mariners baseball with Ruth each year at the party. Although we both knew how bad they were, we shared a fans optimism. She not only knew the stars but the minor leagers waiting for their chance. Shared moments I will always remember. Will miss you Ruth, Mike

  • My most favorite memory is walking the yard with Ruth after the July party. I loved her excitement over all her treasures in the garden. She also shared some great hints with me like hiding garden tools among the plants, for a faster way to attack unwanted weeds.
