Ronald Shae McMahan
McMahan, Ronald S. Age 76 passed away suddenly of a heart attack at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland on September 6, 2013. He was born June 2, 1937 in Lindsay, CA and has resided in the Tri-City area for 36 years. Ronald was a 20 year retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy and a retired Stationary Engineer for the State of WA. He is survived by his spouse, Patricia A. McMahan; son and daughter-in-law, Shae M. and Ilda O. McMahan; grandsons, Michael S. and Shae T. McMahan; brother, Jerry E. McMahan; sister, Cheryl Ann Rinke and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Daniels, Jay McMahan, Bobbie McMahan, Shawn McMahan and Bradley M. Davidson. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Richland. A Graveside Service, with full military honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Pat, Shae, Ilda and boys, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We have many happy memories of Ron. Lyle and Ron had a lot of Thursday nights making their favorite beer, while Nancy and Pat sat back with their favorite beverage and watched the two mad beer makers create a new and different flavor every week. Ron will be greatly missed by us.
