Our beloved mother, Marguerite Elaine Love, passed away on March 16, 2014, after recently celebrating her 89th birthday. She was born in Yakima, and lived in Richland for 67 years. Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 1976, and her beloved dog Casey.
She was a homemaker yet took office classes at CBC obtaining straight A's. Her great loves were her family, friends, animals, golfing and different types of music. She volunteered for the Mid-Columbia Symphony Orchestra playing violin in the 1950's and for the business office at CUP Church.
She will be missed by her beloved family, and friends.
Marguerite is survived by her children, Carolyn Hank Saenz, Bob Love, Don Sarah Love, Marilyn Love Ron Hall, and Janet David Fisk. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and her 5 great-grandchildren.
Marguerite's viewing will be Sunday, March 23 from 3:00-5:00pm at Memories at Sunset Event Center in Richland. Graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 9:30 am at Sunset Memorial Gardens followed by a memorial service at Central United Protestant Church at 11:00am, where she has been a member since 1955.
I’m very sorry to hear about the passing of your sweet, one of a kind, mother, Marilyn! I was blessed to have known her in this lifetime! May you feel comforted, knowing her Faith has taken her to the place, that All Believers will go to, one day! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, as you adjust to her absence here. We, as Believers, can only be comforted, in knowing that we’ll be with our loved ones again! “In a blink of an eye!”
There is a new Star in the night sky tonight, peeking out from behind the full Moon.

DEAR MARILYN & FAMILY, MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES . I WAS SO SADDENED TO SEE THAT MARGUERITE HAD PASSED OVER; SEEMED LIKE JUST YESTERDAY THAT I HAD SEEN HER BRAVELY DOING HER BEST TO MAKE IT TO CHURCH. MY DEPARTED ALEENE & I SO ENJOYED TRAVELING WITH YOUR BEAUTIFUL MOTHER ON “TRI-CITY TRAVELERS” TRAVEL CLUB TRIPS—SHE WAS SUCH A JOY, WITH THAT EVER-PRESENT SMILE. GOD WILL BLESS YOU WITH MEMORIES. LOVE BOB
Mama Love, you will forever be in my heart as you gave me sisters & brothers I would never have met or had in my life. Especially my dearest friend Carolyn…who has been much more than a sister. I can’t imagine my life without her in it…so I thank you dear Mama Love. I will be eternally grateful. Be at peace with our Heavenly Father. Love, Diann
You will certainly leave an empty hole in my heart
