Gloria M. Davis died April 5, 2014, under hospice care in Pasco, WA. She was 85. Mrs. Davis was born in Poulsbo, WA to John and Pearl Brooks.

The family moved to Seattle where Gloria attended Ballard High School. She then entered the University of Washington and Phi Mu Sorority in which she remained active throughout her life. She met Bruce Davis at UW in 1947 and they were married on June 12, 1948.

Bruce and Gloria lived in Seattle, Spokane, Longview and retired to Issaquah. They enjoyed the arts and travelling, visiting Europe, Mexico, China, and Australia.

She was a loving mother and grandmother and is survived by her 5 children; Deborah Davis of Portland, Robert Davis of Pasco, Larry Davis of Oklahoma City, Rick Davis of Philadelphia, and Lance Davis of Oklahoma City; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Einan's Funeral Home at 10 am on April 10 with a viewing to be held one hour prior.
