Mary Jane Fisher departed this life June 18th at Kadlec Medical Center in the presence of her husband and daughters. She was born July 20th 1940 to Francis and Lottie Bachelor Jaggers in Lansing, Michigan. A forty six year resident of Richland, she had retired after twenty years with Sears in a variety of positions. She is survived by her husband Rick and daughters Renee Fisher, Lisa Mulkey, grandson Robert Waters, and sister Judy Matthews.

She spent her younger years in and near Lansing, graduated from Eaton Rapids High School, and attended the University of New Mexico for one year before leaving to be married to Rick on November 11, 1959. After his discharge from the army, the family resided in Ann Arbor Michigan while he finished college, moving to Richland in 1967.

As her girls grew older we enjoyed family camping trips and she was active with the Atomic Dolphins Swim team, Brownies, and Girl Scouts; she proudly watched them graduate from high school and college. Mary Jane was also a member of the CUP Oratorio Choir, Bell Choir, and sang in several performances of Handel's Messiah. After the girls' graduations she had more time for enjoying skiing, tennis, hiking, picnics and full moon rises sometimes in December and January!. An enthusiastic jazz fan, she regularly attended jazz festivals in Washington, Oregon, and California.

A private cremation was conducted at Einan's Funeral Home. A memorial is in the early planning stages. Any wishing to make a memorial contribution should consider the CUP music program or any local youth music programs. Einan's will have an on-line Memory book.
